Daily Painting: Adam and Eve

Today I opted to paint something out of my head.  This rather sloppy  sketch of Adam and Eve was the result.  Nothing was planned--in fact, it started out as a charcoal sketch of a totally unrelated figure.  I am not at all sure what to make of this, but for better or worse, it's today's effort.

Worked on it some more.  The second image is the "finished" version.  No snake, no apple, no tree, but tons of hair!

(Done in acrylics on paper.)
