I love traveling and learning about other cultures. I think if I had
not been dealt such a strong suit in art--I could possibly have become
an anthropologist. And although art is my 'gift', I am a perpetual
learner and I am always documenting my experiences with
a camera. I then use these photos as a starting point for my paintings.
Thus, my work reflects an intense
curiosity about the world and its cultures, a love for humanity and
lastly, but not least--an obsession with color!
