As a wellness practitioner, I’m always aware of my personal health and well-being; which, includes being mindful of the foods I consume on a daily basis; of course I do have my moments where I give in to my sweet tooth, adult beverages and foods that my body doesn’t like, I try to keep my not so healthy habits in moderation.  I’ve been noticing, there are too too many foods that are bioengineered and I find myself reading labels on everything. Bio engineered foods are very dangerous to the human body because they are created in a lab and are not real foods; they are indigestible by the body and cause havoc, including major disease. Most snacks, and cereals, vegetables, meats, dairy and more contain bioengineered ingredients. Too many people are unaware and not mindful of what they are consuming; just because it tastes good, doesn’t mean it’s good for putting into the body. When we experience pain and random aches throughout the body, it’s because there are harmful toxins from the fake foods we eat that’s causing inflammation. I try to keep my consumption of food products real,  clean and simple so that while I live,  I can be healthy and enjoy my family and the simple pleasures of life pain free. Enjoy your day.
