This Friday we painted Meager Dwelling Place. This painting was inspired by a small cabin we once lived in. It was very meager but we loved living there. It was home and very cozy. I wrote a poem about Meager Dwelling Place; here it is... Hello, I live here. Do not judge a book by it's cover. Waiting inside is my lover. Patience, kindness, gentleness, awaits. After more than 30 years, we still go on dates. The tree outside does not grow money; but inside, there is always lots of sugar and honey. come in and have a sit down. Be surrounded by delights, never a frown! Have some tea; have a lemon drop; Relax; do not pace; Enjoy my meager dwelling place. Thank you Monique and Susan for spending your evening with us, it was very special!
