Inspection with rear wheel removed.This was one of the first inspections of the pigs drivetrain which had sat exposed to the elements for many years. An initial list of repairs included :
- Seized brake cylinders
- Corroded expander units
- Contaminated brake shoes
- Rotten brake lines and hoses
- Corroded brake drums
- corroded chassis
- perished tracta joint rubber boots
