Painting and printmaking are central to my practice. I work primarily in acrylic and oil, incorporating mixed media and collage made from my original prints.
Intense color, strong composition, and layered texture define my paintings. Although I consider myself an abstract artist, I draw inspiration from figures, nature, music, and memory, transforming these influences rather than depicting them literally. Images and ideas emerge through an experimental process that embraces both intention and unexpected discovery.
I do not seek to prescribe a specific meaning for each work. Instead, I aim to create paintings that invite curiosity and individual interpretation, allowing viewers to bring their own thoughts, memories, and emotions to the experience.
