I was born in Seattle and live and work on Camano Island.
Education:
My work is influenced by studying with many well-known artists such as Skip Lawrence, Peggy Zehring and Alex Powers. I also visit galleries on a regular basis and read books and articles pertaining to art.
Recent Honors and Awards:
2021 Exhibited and sold my juried painting during the Anacortes Fine Art Exhibit 2020 Juried into the New Beginnings Juried Art Show at the Guilded Gallery.

At Last! There will be four sessions of Wednesday and Saturday Classes, beginning Oct 6,13,20, and 27 For the Wednesday classes and October 9,16,23. and 30 for the Saturday classes. A Guilded Gallery, Stanwood, WA
New! Yes, new art, new artists! Feel safe visiting the Gallery as it begins it new look, open Wednesday-Saturday from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. You are safer here than while in the large stores as guests are limited, masks are worn and surfaces cleaned. My elk painting has been exhibited in pacific northwest galleries, a gormet restaurant and now with a few other of my paintings, feeling at home in the Guilded Gallery.
