My art is:
1. the process by which I resolve my 'existential unease';
2. the product of that process;
3. a method for others to explore the same topics;
4. an historical record.
When I look retrospectively at my art I find... |
 | I want to capture images the way a filmmaker would—one frame at a time. I attempt to document the inner dialog of a person or place. I want to touch their emotional core, feel their turmoil, understand their agony, swim within the isolation of each subject |

 | I love creating oil paintings from photographs that inspire me with their intrinsic beauty and take me into another world. All my paintings are made using 4 basic colours: blue, red, yellow and white. Sometimes I add a 5th colour depending on the piece. |
