 | I started painting at the age of 60. Never had an inkling I would ever do one painting. Now I have done around 500. In that time I have had some honors listed below. i have always been drawn to vivid colors.

My art is:
1. the process by which I resolve my 'existential unease';
2. the product of that process;
3. a method for others to explore the same topics;
4. an historical record.
When I look retrospectively at my art I find... |
 | Oil and acrylic paintings, etched art, and jewelry. The jewelry includes earrings, bracelets, necklaces and sets. |
 | Two elements – a visual, 2-dimensional design and a physical, 3-dimensional terrain. Employing push-pins for points of color on a multi-surfaced canvas of things sometimes found. |
 | I create vibrant paintings that are inspired by the many years I spent as a habitat restoration volunteer. I love color, and the challenge of using design to portray the beautiful natural world that is so important to me. |
