Let Food Be Your Medicine
Norma’s Variety of Spice Blog Hello Readers:)
“Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food” I try to stick to this Hippocrates motto. In the photo is my 1st course for breakfast; fruit, herbal tea blend, vitamins and chia seed water (consumed throughout the day). I jump start my morning routinely with nourishment, which I believe keeps me healthy and from getting sick.
Completed Journal
Norma’s Variety of Spice Blog This handmade completed art journal is a work of art; combining textile fabrics of different colors, design fabrics and ribbons that coordinate well; containing blank, white paper.
Journal Making
Norma’s Variety of Spice Blog Every year I create a journal for myself to keep record of things and jotting down thoughts, ideals and memories; sometimes adding photos and memorabilia. During the past years, I used my journals for keeping business appointments. This photo of collected felt, fabrics, ribbon and satin is actually the start of an artsy junk journal that will keep me busy for a few months in the upcoming year .
