I am a Healing Energies Therapist; massage therapist and holistic wellness provider for 14 years prior to moving to Maryland 12/2024 from San Diego CA; graduate of Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego California holding a degree in massage and Asian bodywork, Associate of Art degree with an emphasis in psychology from the University of Phoenix. Norma’s Variety of Spice Blog Every year I create a journal for myself to keep record of things and jotting down thoughts, ideals and memories; sometimes adding photos and memorabilia. During the past years, I used my journals for keeping business appointments. This photo of collected felt, fabrics, ribbon and satin is actually the start of an artsy junk journal that will keep me busy for a few months in the upcoming year .

Norma’s Variety of Spice Blog I don’t have a photo to describe the description of the effect my client was experiencing after her massage; so, I Chose a snippet of this painting ‘Behind the Scenes’ I’ve received plenty of positive feedback’s throughout the years; but, this is a new one; she said she felt “intoxicated”. Wow! You don’t have to drink alcohol, just get a massage by Norma; you’ll leave feeling woozy:) Have a good night.
