When on Camano Island, looking east, one looks over the ever changing Port Susan. When the fog is heavy, one may just see the water. The water can be mirror calm or turbulent with many white caps. At other times, one is able to see Warm Beach on the mainland. When it is wonderfully clear, one is able to include the distant Cascade Mountains.
This small view, including the frame, ready for hanging, is 8 5/8 inches wide by 6 5/8 inches tall.

Following retirement in 2005 has meant a move for Nairy, my wife, and Thumper, our Maine Coon cat, and me, to Camano Island and time to enjoy painting acrylic miniatures and working with small stone sculptures.
As an update, in July, 2015, Thumper went to kitty heaven. She was 19 1/2 years of age.
I want people to look at my paintings and smile or perhaps even laugh. Jack Gunter has said: “Jerry Finn has a quirky style”.

Spring Art Show 2010
Stanwood Camano Arts Guild will host the 2010 Spring Art Show on the first weekend of June. The Friday evening Patron's Party is a great event for meeting old friends and making new ones while viewing our members latest creations.
