About
Gary Beazley, a fine art watercolor artist was born and raised in Virginia and studied art at VA Tech in Blacksburg, VA.
He relocated to St Louis, MO in 1976 to pursue a career in commercial art.
Gary now devotes much of his time to fine art and enters Plein Air Art Festivals throughout the year in the midwest. He also exhibits his watercolor paintings at various local venues in St Louis County.
Beazley's love of the outdoors has found him painting primarily "en plein air" whether at an art festival or on vacation.
His watercolors are translucent, his touch is light and airy and he never uses a masking medium or white paint.
Gary is a juried member of the Greater St Louis Art Association (GSLAA).
