 A Lucid Dream Have you ever had a dream in which you knew you were dreaming? In 1990 I discovered a book written by Dr. Stephen Laberge on Lucid Dreaming. Reading that book and the serendipitous Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming (published that year) changed my life and set me on an adventure exploring the nature of consciousness and awakening.
