I am often asked what inspires my pieces of art.
Often it is several combinations of things.
Nature plays a big part of my inspiration. I photograph or draw what I see.
As you notice, some of my art resembles a place you think you have been.
I want the viewer to say aww...I think I know that place, and let their own memories come to life.
I don't copy my photo's, ( I use several photos,) I use them as a starting place,
and put them aside and inspiration and creativity take over.
