The river Taw, North Dartmoor
The river Taw, North Dartmoor

In the heart of Dartmoor National Park lies a watershed, from where many of Devon's main rivers start: the Dart, the Okement/Torridge, the Teign and the river Taw. The Taw flows northwards through a wild wide valley that I like to call the valley of the horses... Mixed media (watercolour and chinese ink) on heavy watercolour paper; 35 x 26cm. Mounted and framed behind glass; size 50 x 40 cm.
