Continuing my exploration of the wonderful shapes of beech trees on Exmoor, this time in charcoal.... The Winsor & Newton Artists' Charcoal I'm using is wonderfully smooth and dark, and lends itself well for the stark shapes of trees in winter.
Fixed with Winsor & Newton fixative after completion, this work is sent in a strong cardboard tube that protects it from damage and smudging in transit.
