What
is an "embellished giclée" A
high resolution image of my painting is printed on artist quality
canvas, mounted on stretcher bars in a deep "gallery wrap",
eliminating the need for a frame. I embellish the print by painting
over certain areas of the image, to highlight color or brush strokes.
Because they are personally hand embellished, no two giclées are
exactly the same. This makes it look more like an original at a more
affordable cost. Finally, varnish with UV protectorant is applied.
