Arizona Afternoon$450
The Ironwood Forest National Monument is a component of the Bureau of Land Management’s responsibility in the Arizona Sonoran Desert. This unique landscape includes several mountain ranges and numerous stands of cactus and other desert fauna. This particular scene was captured in the early afternoon shortly before the area acquired Monument status. It remains one of my favorite back road drives in central Arizona and includes stands of very tall and thin Saguaro Cacti that are quite striking.
