BodyMind by Ken Dychtwald, very interesting read. I’m sure there’s a more updated version; this was a text book for one of my Pacific College of Oriental Medicine classes in 2011. I’m attempting to read it all the way through this time around. A simple approach to understanding and enjoying this simple pleasure in life of reading a book.
Back cover exert “Through Dychtwald’s engaging, experiential narrative, the reader is drawn into an illuminating journey toward higher self-awareness with practical applications in everyday life. Articulating the complex relationship between body type, personality, and experience, Dychtwald suggests methods for obtaining deeper self knowledge of physical, emotional, and sexual makeup, and relates techniques for releasing repressed feelings, as well as self-healing and increased energy” wow! I think the whole world needs some self healing.
