Cette performance au sens métaphorique a le mérite de rassembler en un même
lieu d’action et de réflexion, en l’occurrence le corps, ses diverses expériences temporelles et
psychiques.
Ici, la nature migratoire du corps ainsi que le poids éthique de sa mémoire se
conservent en chacun de nous sous la forme d’un «corps-V » dont la dimension abstraite projette l’image vive
d’une mémoire s’activant dans
un espace temps écoulé.
Ainsi, cette pièce est l’aboutissement d’un mariage entre l’espace de notre
mémoire et la nature complexe et fragile du corps qui l’abrite.
Le propos de cette performance collective est
d’incarner l’aspect métaphorique représenté par le poids éthique de notre
mémoire.
Les spectateurs seront invités à porter une chemise
et passer le temps à discuter et échanger leur mémoire.
This performance, metaphorically
speaking, has the merit of bringing together its diverse temporal and physical
experiences to a same place of action and reflection, the body in this case.
Here, the migratory nature of the
body as well as the ethical mass of its memory are preserved in each and every
one of us in the shape of a "Body-Luggage''.
Furthermore, the abstract dimension projects the image of a self-activated
memory within the realm of the
elapsed time.
Thus, this unique piece is the mix
and match between the accidental space of our memory and the fragile nature of
the host body.
The purpose of
this collective performance is to embody the metaphoric aspect represented by
the weight and the content of our Memory.
The spectators
will be invited to wear the shirt while discussing and exchanging memories
among themselves.
