The bleed screws, being made of steel had fully seized in the aluminium brake expander bodies due to corrosion of the two dissimilar metals. After failing to remove the screws through various methods I drilled the screws out and used Time-Sert thread inserts.
Due to the precision of the bleed screw seats this was only successful on 2 out of the 4 expander units.

New brake expander units were ordered, rebuilt with new seals and installed. New brake hoses were also installed, with copper nickel brake lines.
