Please wear comfortable clothes and be ready for some fun!.
Yoga mat and water bottle are optional but suggested.

"Release and Relax"- 6-7pm Monday and Wednesday
Ahhhh..join us and enjoy a deep stretching relaxation class
that focuses upon mindful breath, alignment and basic yoga stretches.
Set to soft music and low lighting
Appropriate for all levels.
