About
Betty grew up in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania where She displayed her art creating seasonal scenes on classroom chalkboards for teachers at her elementary school she found her first love Art. She Moved to San Diego earned a Academic Degree in Social Science and continuing education in Drug studies UCSD. She was awarded Soroptimist women of Distinction, and Nation Women Business owners award. For years, she involved herself in her community eventually, becoming an elected official promoting open space and the Arts. The loss of her son Kevin and retirement brought her back to the artists.
