This is a sculptural piece made from vinyl that had been painted with metallic spray paint and embedded with Playboy bunnies - then the whole assemblage was melted together to form one piece. The torn portion of the bag is reminiscent of a bag that has split open because too much was put in it. The piece dates from 1970 - it was destroyed by a visitor to the gallery who was outraged by the exhibition of bunnies. I guess he/she didn't get the point.
