This is a painting that captures the freshness and breezes of Spring. The flowers are done in a French impressionist style reminiscent of Monet. The background is a folding chair with clear lines, done in a later style than impressionism so that the blown flowers have a counterpoint in their background to anchor them.  This is a 'religious' painting in that it celebrates/praises our real mother, Earth, of which all humanity is a child of.
