Yvonne Ruiz is a graphic artist and a painter.  She has worked as a freelancer, a graphics teacher, a textile artist, an ad assembler, and as a muralist. Her galleries on this site show her versatility.

Ruiz's proudest accomplishments include: graduating from UCLA with a BFA degree, raising two children, volunteering to help Indigenous peoples of Mexico, teaching computer graphics, and showing her art works in galleries and other art venues.

When painting, she prefers a "magical realism" style using symbolic images drawn from her ethnic background (Mexican). Her Paintings Gallery shows samples of her creative style.

Someday Yvonne hopes to have a One-Person exhibit of her work.
