Blue Milagro Organization hung this painting in the gallery on November 23rd for the Dia de los Muertos festivities. It was an honor to be there. The painting is now in Zona Rosa Caffe on El Molino until November 30th.
Along with my son, I have participated in two of the Art Park events near the corner of Main St. and 5th in Los Angeles. In April, look for my newest works at a location near the southwest corner of Spring St. and 5th.

L. Yvonne Ruiz displayed artwork titled "Sacred Hearts" in the Open Call 2009 at the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery (Barnsdall Gallery) in Los Angeles, California. This was the third time she participated in the bi-annual event. Her main reasons for exhibiting were to show her most recent work and to join the hundreds of L.A. County artists in support of the Gallery.
