Based on a winter's walk towards Ger Tor (shown) and back down through the narrow valley of the river Tavy as it flows of the moor towards Tavistock. Sheep are weathering the wintry weather (snow and sleat were coming down at intervals). A lively work in oils painted with a spontaneous brush stroke. Oils on a 50 x 40 cm Daler artists canvas;varnished. Framed and ready to hang (framed size 55 x 45 cm)
