Breathe with intention what you want to manifest; meditate, then take action. If you need calm and relaxation, focus on every area of your body. Put yourself in a serene space, close your eyes and make yourself comfortable; breathe in-breathe out, focusing on your intention-repeat. If you want to accomplish something in your career, business, relationship, etc., meditate with intention, focusing your breaths while meditating on what you desire- cleansing and clearing your mind to make way for focusing on your goal; breathe in-breathe out-repeat-take action.
