This work is a piece of an ongoing series of works I call The Siren Series. I am drawn to the image of the mermaid; the representation of this fantastical creature is a self-portrait as a fantasy to be in a dreamlike state, swimming eternally. This work is a watercolor enhanced with drawn detail in metallic gel pen. The original work is 13 x 17.5 inches and is available for sale or exhibition. Fine art prints sized 11 x 15 inches are also available.
