This work is a piece of an ongoing series of works I call The Siren Series. I am drawn to the image of the mermaid; the representation of this fantastical creature is a self-portrait as a fantasy to be in a dreamlike state, swimming eternally. This is an original watercolor painting embellished with metallic pen details. Reproductions do not exist do the reflective aspects of the pen detail. The piece is for sale and exhibition, 9 x 12 inches.
