We realize the myriad benefits of massage and the importance of human touch. Massage is able to affect the nervous system to relieve stress, soothe muscles, relieve aches and pains, regulate disturbed sleep habits, improve circulation, promote lymphatic drainage, restore vigor, vitality and energy flow to the body. Kits come in a small package with all piece’s shown in suggested arrangement ; Add your own personal touch with pencils, crayons, markers, magazine clippings, photos; subtract pieces to reflect your taste. Needed-Glue and 10 x 10 matted frame to complete your masterpiece and then hang.

Norma’s Variety of Spice Blog This meager blank space will have my Art/Craft display soon. Over the years I’ve had from studios to various wall spaces at this location among some incredible artist; I don’t know how much art is finding permanent homes, ‘hint hint’ (your support of local Artist appreciated) but, I’m hopeful; My main objectives are to be represented, share my creations with visitors, help keep my creativity alive, and hopefully some sells along the way.

Unfortunately, picked it up on a recent cruise - I think, but still speculating. My treatment includes natural herbal remedies for healing -not over the counter stuff for symptoms.

It represents a combination of practical use items and aesthetics. It’s my thing; if it’s for practical use, it also has to be visually appealing- is this a sickness or what? Well, what ever! It’s my thing and I’m sticking with it.
