Peter Alan was born and raised in Southern California, and completed his B.A. at Sonoma State University in Studio Fine Art, History and Psychology. In his travels, spiritual service and studies in Assisi, Italy, Alan was invited to work in the studio of a local Roman Fine Arts painter, who became a mentor for him. Since 1998, Alan has created art in both Northern and Southern California for galleries, non-gallery venues, and private collectors. His works on paper and panels range from Contemporary Realism, Abstraction, and Reactionary, to Experimental —tinkering with anything art-makeable in reach.
