I gave a lot of thought to the title of this artwork. Tiamat is the mother goddess who is killed by Marduk in the Babylonian epic that resonates through the three great Abrahamic religions and the cultures they have spawned. It is the root of the prejudice and subjugation of women in the three Abrahamic religions that continues even now.
